Bearing Tolerance

The tolerances, tolerance values and rotation accuracy of the main dimensions of rolling bearings are stipulated in the GB and ISO standards. In addition to the ordinary precision PO, the bearing accuracy grades are P6, P5, and P4, and the accuracy grades are increased in turn. These accuracies are in accordance with ISO specifications. The corresponding tolerances and tolerance values of PO grade ceramic bearings and stainless steel bearings (not including plastic bearings) produced by our company in Table 1, 2 are listed. Due to the limitation of processing accuracy and dimensional stability of plastic bearings (the coefficient of thermal expansion is much larger than that of ceramic, metal and metal materials), it is lower than PO and tolerance production. Table 3 lists the corresponding tolerance values of the plastic bearings of our company's acoustic factory.
